3. Service Engagement

Submitting a consultation request through this Site does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All engagements are subject to a separate written agreement between you and Sagaz Consulting, which will govern the scope of services, fees, timelines, and all other terms.

Delivery timelines stated on this Site (including the 15 business day delivery window) are calculated from the date of receipt of full payment and completion of the strategy session, as specified in the applicable service agreement.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee described on this Site applies at the moment of delivery. Specific terms of the guarantee will be set forth in the written service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design, is the property of Sagaz Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
