Web design

For therapists, psychologists and group practices

Clients choose a therapist
before they ever call.

They read the site, look for someone who speaks their language, and decide in a minute. A practice site has to carry credentials, modality and fees without a single testimonial, keep clinical information out of a public form, and answer the Spanish-speaking client in Spanish. That is the build.

Who this is for

Group therapy and psychiatry practices, clinicians in private practice and multi-location behavioral health programs in the United States and Puerto Rico, particularly those serving Spanish-speaking clients with an English-only website.

What quietly costs you clients

  • A directory profile doing the work your own site should do, at a monthly fee forever
  • A translate button: Google indexes the English version only, so the Spanish search goes elsewhere
  • Intake forms that ask for symptoms or diagnosis in the open, which no practice should collect there
  • A privacy notice that describes a system the practice does not actually run
  • Several locations on one page, so none of them ranks for its own city

What the build gives you

  • Credential-led trust: licence, training, modality, population and fees, no testimonials
  • Dedicated Spanish pages with their own keywords and hreflang pairing
  • An intake form with no clinical fields, routed to an inbox you control
  • Privacy notice and terms written against the system that actually runs
  • A page per location and per clinician with local schema
  • Domain, hosting and source in your practice's name, no monthly retainer

Launch feedback

What the practice’s own audience said about the site.

Comments on a psychology practice website delivered in 2026, shared by the clinician with permission and published without names. Translated from Spanish. These are reactions to the website, not therapy testimonials: SAGAZ does not publish client testimonials on a clinician’s own site, for the reasons set out below.

Why an attorney builds it

Raquel Núñez-Alicea runs a legal practice in Cidra, Puerto Rico, and an executive advisory firm. A practice website is a regulated surface: what you may claim, what a form may collect, what the privacy notice must match, which vendors need an agreement. That layer comes built in instead of being left to the practice afterwards. SAGAZ is not your counsel and does not certify compliance with HIPAA or your board's rules; your practice approves every word before launch.

How it runs

  • Written scope and fixed fee, approved before any work starts
  • Structure and copy reviewed with you in both languages
  • Launch on your own hosting, with the measurement in place

Before you request an estimate

How much does a therapist website cost?

Three fixed fees: USD 4,000 for a solo practice of up to 4 pages, USD 6,000 for a full practice site of up to 10 pages, and USD 10,000 for a group practice platform of up to 20 bilingual pages with keyword research, Google Business Profile work and automated intake routing.

Is the site HIPAA-aware?

The build keeps protected health information out of the website itself: no symptom or diagnosis fields in the public form, intake limited to name and contact details, a privacy notice that describes the system that actually runs, and a form endpoint your practice controls. SAGAZ is not your counsel and does not certify HIPAA compliance; your practice approves the final language and signs any business associate agreement with its vendors.

Do you publish client testimonials?

No. Testimonials from clients are restricted or prohibited for licensed clinicians in most state boards and under the APA ethics code. The site builds trust with credentials, modality, population served and clear fees instead.

What does bilingual actually mean here?

Dedicated Spanish pages with their own keywords, titles and descriptions, hreflang pairing so Google serves each visitor the right language, and intake copy written by a native Spanish writer. Not a translate button, which Google indexes as English only.

Can you work with a group practice with several locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own page with its own address, clinicians and local schema, which is how a practice shows up for 'therapist near me' searches in more than one city.

Who owns the domain, the hosting and the site?

Your practice. Domain and hosting stay in your name, there is no monthly retainer to keep the site online, and you receive the full source at launch.

Tell us what your practice needs the website to do.

Services, the clients you serve, the languages they use and how many locations. We assess fit before issuing a proposal.
