- A short questionnaire to identify your team’s context and main questions
- Up to one hour of preparation based on the questionnaire
- A private 90-minute virtual briefing for one organization and up to eight participants
- Discussion of capabilities, limitations, leadership implications, and oversight questions
- An executive summary of up to two pages, delivered within three business days after the session
A clear scope
The summary records key questions, priorities for further attention, and possible next steps discussed. It is educational, not a diagnostic report or implementation roadmap.
Formal assessments or audits, legal opinions, contract or vendor reviews, custom policy development, technical implementation, and ongoing support are outside the briefing’s scope. Additional preparation, participants, sessions, or deliverables are quoted separately.
